SMF 4 Free. Here's just a taste of what's there

- Video BBCode (youtube,myspace,google vid, facebook, clipshare, dailymotion and many more)
- Other BBCode (dice rolling, php, wikipedia, spoiler, countdown, /you code and a few others)
- over 100 meg of avatars to choose from (that's a LOT of avatars considering they're all small sized)
- Facebook/Twitter integration
Of course, there's many other things, like
